  I would like anyone with authority to investigate the IM irwinmitchell solicitors firm. As of my experience with them, they are not following the ethics. I went to them with a case to of finance separation and at the beginning they were happy to take it and when they new that there were not much assets or troubles into the case, they refused to take it and start giving me names to other solicitors to contact. I made it clear to them that I am paying from my pocket and looking for the cheaper option which is them and as my case was straight forward just producing documents, they refused to take it. They refused to give me names of whom I am speaking to and refused to even record our discussion over the phone. Although I am a person who moved 18 years ago to England, I do speak good English and have finished my degree in England. The tried to put things as the was misunderstanding and I am positive they understood every thing I said to them. This is another issue with them not respecting people from different backgrounds by making fables things that is misunderstanding! It is a shame we having firms like that and hope everyone knows about this horrible firm and people.
