  Waited over an hour to discuss purchasing a new Transporter Kombi, got queue jumped twice and really disappointed with lack of service. There were approximately 20 staff available but only two sales people. I had my two kids with me and couldn't hang around any longer.
  Poor management are to blame, there should be some type of ticket system to avoid queue jumping and have other staff trained to cover busy periods.
  This is a genuine sales lost as I am viewing a nearly new Transporter Kombi tomorrow morning.
  
  I would just also like to clarify this is the dealership on Whitby Road
